How to Connect Your WooCommerce Store
Go to the Stores Tab
From your VESYL dashboard, navigate to Stores and click Add Store.Select WooCommerce
Choose WooCommerce from the list of available shopping cart integrations, then click Connect.
Enter Store Info
Give your store a name and enter the URL of your WooCommerce site.
Authorize VESYL
You’ll be redirected to your WooCommerce admin portal, where you’ll be asked to approve permissions. Click Approve to allow VESYL to connect to your store.
Once approved, your WooCommerce store will be successfully linked and ready to sync orders.
VESYL’s integration supports all order types—including domestic, international, and custom-tagged WooCommerce orders—giving you full control over how you ship.
Syncing Orders from WooCommerce
VESYL allows for both manual and automatic order syncing, so you can stay in control of your workflow.
Manual Sync:
Navigate to the Orders page in your VESYL dashboard
Click Sync Stores in the top-right corner
Click the Sync Arrows next to your WooCommerce store to pull in the latest orders
Manual sync is useful when testing or needing to bring in last-minute orders.
Automatic Sync:
In the bottom-left corner of VESYL, click your Name/Profile, then choose Settings
Select the Stores tab
Find your connected WooCommerce store
Use the Sync Frequency dropdown to choose how often new orders should be imported (e.g. every 15 minutes, hourly)
Click Save
Once enabled, VESYL will regularly check WooCommerce and import new orders automatically.
