How to Connect Your Shopify Store
Go to the Stores Tab
From your VESYL dashboard, navigate to Stores and click Connect Store.
Choose Shopify
Select Shopify from the list of available shopping carts and marketplaces.
Authorize the Connection
You’ll be redirected to Shopify’s website. Click Install App to authorize the connection.
You're Connected!
Once installed, your store is now linked to VESYL. Orders will begin importing automatically (or based on your sync settings—see below).
VESYL supports real-time order sync, custom automations, and full visibility into your Shopify shipments—all from one dashboard.
Syncing Orders from Shopify
You can sync orders manually or set up automatic syncing depending on your preference.
Manual Sync:
Go to the Orders page in VESYL
Click Sync Stores in the top-right corner
Use the Sync Arrows beside your Shopify store to import new orders
Manual syncing is helpful for immediate updates or when testing your connection.
Automatic Sync:
In the bottom-left corner, click your Name/Profile and select Settings
Choose the Stores tab
Locate your connected Shopify store
Use the Sync Frequency dropdown to set how often VESYL should pull in new orders (e.g. every 15 minutes, hourly, etc.)
Click Save
Once enabled, VESYL will automatically keep your Shopify orders up to date—no clicks required.
