VESYL’s Order Management tool is built to help you stay in control of your shipping operations—whether you’re managing hundreds or thousands of orders daily. Part of that control includes the ability to archive orders you no longer need to see in your active workflow.
Archiving keeps your order dashboard clean and focused without permanently deleting data, making it easy to declutter while still maintaining historical records for auditing or reporting purposes.
When Should You Archive an Order?
Archiving is ideal for:
Test orders or internal shipments
Canceled or invalid orders that don't need fulfillment
Orders accidentally imported that you don’t plan to ship
Completed orders you simply want to remove from view
What Happens When You Archive an Order?
Archived orders are removed from your Active Orders view
They are moved to the Archived status and can be accessed anytime
No labels can be purchased or actions performed on archived orders
Archived orders are not deleted—you can restore them if needed
How to Archive an Order
Go to your Orders page in VESYL
Use the checkboxes to select one or more orders
Click the “Archive” button in the top menu
The selected orders will be moved to the Archived status tab
Tip: If you use filters or tags to organize your orders, archiving helps you keep only the most relevant ones visible for faster decision-making.
