Editing Orders in VESYL

Make real-time updates to orders before you ship

Mistakes happen—and sometimes your team needs to adjust an order after it’s been imported. With VESYL’s flexible Order Management tools, you can easily edit order details like shipping address, dimensions, weight, and packaging before generating a label.

This ensures your shipments are accurate, compliant with carrier requirements, and cost-optimized—all without disrupting your workflow.


How to Edit an Order

  1. Navigate to the Orders Page
    From your VESYL dashboard, go to the Orders tab.

  2. Find the Order You Want to Update
    Scroll or search for the order you'd like to modify.

  3. Click “Edit”
    On the far right of the order row, click Edit to open the order drawer.

  4. Make Your Changes
    Inside the drawer, you can update key fields such as:

    • Shipping address (recipient name, street, city, state, ZIP, country)

    • Package weight and dimensions

    • Package type selection (if applicable)

    • Declared value or insurance settings

    • Shipping method or service (via automation or manually)

  5. Click “Save”
    After making your edits, click Save to apply changes. The order will be updated immediately and ready for label creation.

From there a drawer will appear and you will be able to edit addresses, dimensions, and weights. When you are done click Save
