Our Shopify integration makes it easy to sync, fulfill, and track orders—all from within VESYL. Whether you're just getting started or looking to fine-tune your setup, here's everything you need to know.

How are Shopify orders synced to VESYL?

VESYL automatically pulls in orders that meet all of the following conditions:

  • Placed or updated within the last 7 days

  • Paid

  • Any order or fulfillment status

You can sync orders in two ways:

1. Manual Sync:
Go to the Orders tab → click Sync Stores → select Shopify.

2. Auto-Sync (Recommended):
Go to Settings → Stores, then set a sync frequency of either:

  • Every 10 minutes

  • Every 1 hour

How quickly does VESYL update Shopify with tracking info?

Tracking information is pushed to Shopify within one minute of label creation in VESYL.

Once received, Shopify will mark the order as fulfilled and attach the tracking number.


Does VESYL read Shopify order statuses?

Yes. We read Shopify’s order and fulfillment statuses and reflect those in VESYL so your team stays aligned on order progress.
