How to Add Box Weight

To automatically include your box’s weight in the order’s total shipping weight:

  1. Go to the Boxes tab in your VESYL dashboard.

  2. Click Edit next to the box you'd like to update.

  3. In the popup, scroll to the Box Weight (oz) field at the bottom.

  4. Enter the weight of the box in ounces (oz).

  5. You’ll see a message confirming that this weight will be added to your order total.

  6. Click Save to apply.

Once saved, the box weight will automatically be added whenever that box is selected during order fulfillment.
