Start by navigating to your Name in the bottom left and click on it. Then click on "Settings"

From there navigate to the "Dashboard Logins" tab and click "Invite User"

Enter the Name and Email of the user you are creating and click "Send Email Invitation"

Once the user accepts the invitation you can use the "Pencil Icon" next to the user's name to edit their permissions.

Select the permissions and click "Save"
