To create a Return Label, locate the shipment you want to create a return for and the click the 3 action dots (...) and click Create Return Label.
That will take you to the Quick Ship page, where it will pre-populate your Customer's Address as the Sender Address, and the Warehouse Address as the Recipient Address.
All you need to do is enter a Sender Phone Number, enter the correct weight in oz or lbs (we will pre-populate the original order's weight). Select your Packaging and then click Get Rates to select a rate and buy the label.
For more straightforward returns for your customers, you can follow the steps above. Click on the Shipments tab to see all current shipments. Hit the 3 dots under the Actions row, and select View QR Code.
From here, you can save the QR code to your phone, or send it straight to the customer who is making the return. This QR code will be scanned at the courier drop-off, who then adds the label and takes care of this rest. This removes the headaches of dealing with at home printers and provides a more hassle-free returns process for both brands and customers.
