Creating a Scan Form (also known as an End of Day Manifest) in VESYL helps consolidate your shipments into a single barcode for your carrier to scan—saving time during pickup and ensuring all packages are logged into the carrier’s system at once.

How to Create a Scan Form in VESYL
Navigate to the Shipments Page
From your VESYL dashboard, go to Shipments and click on the Scan Forms tab.Select Shipments to Include
You'll see a list of eligible shipments that haven’t yet been added to a Scan Form.
Use the checkboxes to select the shipments you want to include.Click “Create Scan Form”
After selecting your shipments, click the Create Scan Form button at the top of the screen.Confirm & Generate
A confirmation modal will appear. Click Confirm to finalize.Download & Print the PDF
A PDF version of the Scan Form will be automatically generated. You can print it immediately, or return to the Scan Forms tab at any time to access and reprint it.
Supported Carriers
Scan Forms are typically used for carriers like:
USPS (required for daily pickups)
UPS and FedEx (if enabled in your carrier settings)
Note: Not all carriers support scan forms—VESYL will only show the option when applicable.
