How to Request a Label Refund
Go to the Shipments Page in your VESYL dashboard.
Find the shipment with the label you want to refund.
Click the 3 dots (···) in the Actions column next to that shipment.
Select Refund Label to submit your refund request.
Refund Processing Times by Carrier
USPS
You have 30 days from label purchase to request a refund.
Refunds can take up to 30 days to process and appear back on your account.
UPS
You have 30 days to request a refund for an unused label.
Refunds are typically processed within a few hours, making this the fastest option.
OSM
If a label is never used, you will not be charged in the first place—no refund request necessary.
For Non-VESYL Accounts
If you are using shipping services through a non-VESYL account or reseller, please contact your sales representative directly for refund procedures and timing, as they may vary.
