To request a label refund, simply navigate to the Shipments Page, click on the 3 dots (...) in the actions column next to the shipment you want to refund the label for, and click Refund Label.
Label refunds are processed depending on carrier. Please see below on the time frame for a label to be refunded.
USPS: You have 30 days to request a refund of an unused label and it can take 30 days to refund the label.
UPS: You have 30 days to request a refund of an unused label and it is usually refunded within a couple hours.
OSM: If the label is never used you will not be charged.
Non VESYL Accounts: Please consult with your sales rep on the refund process.
